How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Depends on their specific goals, it's important to make a tailored programme for every individual, however to generalize I use a combination of weight lifting and fighting sports, ensuring the whole process is fun.

A personal trainer you can trust and a determined mindset.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people feeling better as soon as they start training but also the confidence they gain from looking back a few months and realize they have done something they thought was too big for them, hard to beat that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It's the only way for me to teach what I believe in and to prioritize my client health over making money for a big company.
Remember, following the last fitness trend it's not necessarily the best way to reach your goals.

Yes I can, this includes written programme, monthly/weekly catch up either in the form of Q&A via text or videocall, slow motion videos where I demonstrate the correct exercise form, and in general I make sure that all your needs are met and you have a clear direction in mind.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As I only do remote/online coaching I didn't need to implement any changes.
Remote Personal Training
This includes weight training, cardiovascular, strength and conditioning written programme, slow motion videos of me demonstrating the exercises, and video calls or texts to clarify any doubt.
Essentially I will make sure you have the best plan possible and have all the tools to execute it safely and efficiently.
