This is what happened, judge for yourself! Contacted him on Monday. He came on Tuesday to look at the job. He sent a text on Wednesday with a quote, saying he could do the work on Monday at 11. So I booked Monday morning off work. He text me on Monday morning at 9:20 saying he can't come until 2pm. I couldn't do that time so we cancelled. He then arranged come over at 10:30 on Tuesday. On Tuesday he turned up. I had to borrow a hammer and chisel from a neighbour because he didn't have any with him. We left him in the house to do the job, he called and said "I've removed the tiles, but the pipe is concreted in to the wall, someone needs to remove that first". We went back to the house, it took me less than 10 minutes to remove some plaster (not concrete) and expose the pipe. I phoned him to ask if he could come back and he said it was too late. We agreed he'd come back on Friday to do the job. He sent me a text Thursday apologising, because he doesn't want to do the job. He's just put our schedule back by 1 week. More...

Complete liars. Stated they had had "inspected" the carpets and that all carpets in the house were soaked in dog urine. That was ridiculous enough - even more so when two of the rooms had been sealed and never used since the carpets had been laid! They'll just make anything up to get more work - avoid them. More...
