We were sat on the balcony. The staff generally ignored us. Drinks took too long to arrive, 1/2 hour after first food. Food was good when the staff could be bothered. Had to got to bar to ask for service, told that a waiter would come to us. Had to go in and ask twice more . What should have been an excellent evening with good food spoiled by inattentive staff. Booked this place last night (16/03/2022) for my partners birthday. We thought we’d have a lovely eve, we were sat right out the way in the corner, I asked them at the time of booking if a happy birthday song could be sung, it didn’t happen. But it happened for 3/4 other tables while we were present. Also had a nightmare experience to get the “EAT FREE ON YOUR BIRTHDAY CODE” at the time of paying the bill we was told we couldn’t use it because we needed 4 or more people at the table. But the guy sorting our bill out said “hang on guys let me talk to my manager” and then 2 mins later came back with the full price bill, with no birthday voucher added. Didn’t get much meat delivered because of where we were sitting, food was ok but service was poor. I could have taken my partner anywhere for her birthday to make her feel special but I feel we were badly let down from start to Finnish. Won’t be attending again. More...

Tonight was our first time dining at Casa Brasil and it was an incredible evening. We were a large party and the staff explained everything to us well. We had a good laugh and even a birthday song and brownie for my partner. Incredible atmosphere and the manager was great. Even let my brother play waiter! fantastic, staff are friendly, professional and you can tell they enjoy working here, manager/front of house makes you feel welcome. First and last time visiting. Sunday night, not that busy and an hour and a half to get our drinks. We were not told items weren’t available and just given something completely different instead and not told that the item wasn’t available. Manager was rude to people in our group when we complained about the speed of service, staff we rude and miserable. I’ve been there with my family on New Year’s Eve , we’ve been told not to charge for children under 6years (even it was on website)but that night they charged half price for my 5 years old and we had to pay . Costumer service was so poor , we had to wait a lot to receive grill meat . The worst thing they charge 10% on whole bill for service charge which we didn’t receive any good service .I don’t recommend this restaurant at all .
