My son had attended the club for 3 yrs or so he has come long way has helped him to focus and be more confident I do believe other young people can also benefit from SAF MMA so definitely give it a thumbs up

my kids have been training with SAF for about 5 years. The kids class under 14s are amazing with fun games which my kids love and want to come back every week. The coach speaks very clearly when giving instruction and demo's. if they still don't understand he will explain and show each indivual (not in a group) till they understand with out getting frustrated like some coaches do. Also very patient with students and teaches them at their own pace. Always praising and encouraging students with out pressure wich makes them confident in and out of classes. my elder son has transioned from kids to adult classes. Adult classes are very competitive and challenging and my sons fitness has shot through the rough. the gym has a lot of training gear so is very well equipped with 2 rings. one the best equipped gyms I've seen. Been training with Saf since 2017 and it’s been a pleasure. Top top man full of information. Great at teaching, taught me everything i know from a very beginner level. Saf will motivate you constantly to be the best version of yourself, not just in fighting, but activities outside of training too. Since joining the gym my confidence has increased massively! He welcomes people from all walks of life into the gym and treats everyone equally. Whether your just trying to get fit, want to be able to defend yourself or have a desire to compete Saf is the perfect coach.
