Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. We can supply the equipment unless you would prefer to supply your own.
What do you love most about your job?
People. Working within the hospitality industry, it is essential to be a people's person in order to enjoy the job fully. Of course, cooking and using great produce to create fantastic food is also my passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
i find it more rewarding and interesting . I am able to offer more as an independent private chef.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 20 years experience working in very different food establishments. these include high end restaurants, cookery schools and stately homes. I also teach people with special needs. My passion has always been for food, not just eating it - but experimenting with it. I enjoy working with new ingredients to create new dishes.
