How long have you been in business?
With 35 years of construction experience, the Managing Director founded this business with a sharp focus and on Safety Health Environment and Quality (SHEQ), and a determination to provide dependable quality assistance in the delivery of fantastic buildings, to enhance local communities for the people, families, and businesses. We supply the resources and talent that brings change for buyers, clients, and users of buildings for future generations.

Our work comes with a qualified and accredited management service. This company has achieved construction line gold certification and our Managing Director is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
What do you love most about your job?
Building and construction give us a valuable sense of purpose. We know that the service we offer to our customers brings change into their lives, and improves the standards of living and working environments.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business after acquiring many years of experience in the construction industry, I have managed many large scale construction projects on behalf of housing developers and main contractors. I now have 35 years in the construction industry. I decided to build a construction company so that I can offer my services directly to the open market.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have worked on the tools in my early years as a tradesman. I started as a painter and decorator, I then qualified as a carpenter joiner carrying out structural and finishing carpentry work, I then became a construction site manager. I am qualified up to NVQ Level 6 in building and civil engineering. I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building. Roses Partnership has acquired Gold accreditation from Constructionline.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The Government has been clear that construction work should continue and sites should remain open across the UK. We are continuing to comply with the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) to maintain the Site Operating Procedures we will take steps if a worker has a high temperature or COVID-19
