I contacted James regarding a roof leak that i was experiencing after the recent storm that we had. I had slipped slats and torn felt.
After contacting James he gave me a date and a time that he could come and inspect the work and provide me with a quote. James was punctual and polite when providing a quote, after agreeing the price which was a very good price considering i was expecting it to be a lot more than the job actually was. James arrived on time and carried out the work to a professional and very high standard. He provided me with pictures during and after the work was completed and always kept me up to date with everything that was being done.
Since James has been i have had no more issues with my roof anymore. I would definitely use again before going anywhere else. I would also very highly recommend him to anyone in need of any type of roofing work. If I could provide 10stars i would. Excellent professional.
