How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If your garage is structurally sound, it is suitable for conversion.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
A single garage would involve internal stud work around the walls and insulation.
The garage door would be removed and a new PVC door or window would be fitted.
Running amenities, such as electrics and plumbing, may be fitted if required.
A new roof may be cut in, depending on customers specifications.
Knock through into existing property.
Level floors through from existing house.
Plasterboard and skim.
Second fix, including architrave, skirting, painting etc.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
There needs to be enough head height to convert your loft. A minimum of 2.1metres from the top tread of a staircase to the ridge is essential after the floorplan is in. A specialist can tell you this.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Scaffold, steels fitted, floorplan, staircase, double up rafters, dormer if specified, insulation, electric and plumbing, stud work, plasterboard, plastering. Second fix carpentry, including skirting and painting etc.

I want to create a bespoke service for people who require top standard carpentry that is near impossible to find elsewhere.
