What do you love most about your job?
It is great to get out and about inspecting different properties and not be stuck in the office all day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The need for greater work flexibility and more time that can be spent at home.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have nearly 20 years of surveying experience with relevant surveying qualifications. I am a Chartered Surveyor and regulated by the RICS. This means that I have to maintain adequate Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain my expertise through CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and have a suitable complaints handling procedure.

It is essential to physically inspect the property, although the sending of the report is done by email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have used a mask and sanitiser during the inspection to keep customers safe.
Building Surveys
RICS Level 3 building surveys suitable for those purchasing a residential property, that is relatively old or in poor condition or has been extended or altered. The service includes a thorough inspection of the property and a written report with photographs.
Homebuyer Reports
RICS Level 2 surveys suitable for those purchasing a property that is modern and in reasonable condition. The service includes a thorough inspection of the property together with a written report including photographs.
Building Defect Inspections
I am able to inspect a specific defect on your property and provide a written report. The report identifies the cause of the defect, how serious it is and the work required to put it right.
Party Wall Surveyor
I am able to act as party wall surveyor under the Party Wall etc Act 1996. This includes serving party wall notices on your behalf, carrying out a schedule of condition inspection of the neighbour's property and preparing a party wall award. The award is a legal document which regulates how party wall work should be carried out in a safe way with the least inconvenience to the neighbour.
I can also act for you if your neighbour has served a party wall notice on you.
