Not sure were to start , firstly many items missing and then I had to inform them and they were found. Well some anyway few items never returned expensive marble shelving The monitor I specifically asked them to take care of was missing then finally sent 4 weeks later and was smashed , I have been waiting months for be refunded, asked for there insurance details on 4 occasions Please be very cautious, items were also damaged , and very rude throughout

Terrible company
I used them for a removal which was totally messed up, ordered 2 vans, but only one available as driver went sick n no back up, left my possessions in the van for 2 hrs whilst he went off to do another job, then my TV was dropped from van as not packed or protected.
Wouldn’t provide insurance details for the damaged tv then retained my bank details and tried to obtain money from my bank account!!
Advertised they are with checkatrade but are not! Rubbish unprofessional service

Great removal service from RnA removals. Prompt, polite people who were happy to help my mum move her bedroom furniture to a care home. Nothing was too much trouble

Not the first but is the second time we have used this company for moving and many of a small job ,we recently was forced to move and limited budget as was a very quick move so we hired the van from rna which was perfect for us this time with a man to help who worked hard all day to get us in a new home ,collecting van was easy and getting it back no problem either and the price was fantastic couldn't of thanked them enough

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Reece lies and will take your money not take care of your belongings and lose your belongings and then ignore you! !! If you are stupid enough to use him just know you was warned. He still has most of my belongings that he can’t find sup but was happy to take my money every month for 3 years!!!!! He is very unprofessional but don’t be fooled because he can talk a good talk and that’s it!!! I will be taking him and his company to court!!! More...

I am editing my review on this company and it actually pains me to do so. I employed this company to remove my possessions from my flat and store them until the purchase of my new property completed. I could not fault them when they came to collect my possessions, they were professional, courteous, careful and made the experience easy. However the return of my possessions was far from a pleasant experience. I paid every month on time for the storage which I had been told would be secure. The process of booking to have my possessions returned was again easier and they fit me in quickly, they also managed to do so when first booking which other companies could not. However on the day the items were removed I had to sit by the van and watch every items which was taken off the van as alot of the items on the van were not mine. I was told they had been collected in the dark so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but was wary as I had no idea my possessions would be stored with someone elses. Once I had been able to unpack and take stock of what had been returned there were a number of items that were missing. When I emailed about this my emails were ignored until such time as I threatened to take the matter further. They I received a call within 10 minutes of the email being sent. They said they were looking for the items (which to my mind they should not have to look as all my possessions were in a storage container as thats what I had paid £170 per month for. I also experienced damage to furniture and asked what they proposed. They stated they would come and fix these. They arrange to return items and make repairs and wanted me to meet them during my lunch hour from work (thereby inconveniencing me further). I did so in anycase as I wanted a resolution. I was then told on the day they would be late. I of course had to go back to work but arranged to leave my back gate open for items to be left on my decking. When I returned home my patio set was missing the glass top and the cover. I emailed again about repairs and further missing items and the glass top from the patio set but received not response. I tried emailing again and a couple of days later opened my front door one morning to find the glass top on the door step, no warning no apologies nothing. I still have many items missing (garden tools, patio set cover) I even still have someone elses box of christmas decorations in my garage which I have asked them to come and collect but they have not which means someone else is without their possessions. I have also had no contact about fixing the damage to furniture which will now cost me to replace. In total this company received thousands of pounds from me and left me having to replace alot of my possessions. It is such a shame as they were so helpful and kind to start with but obviously they are not as good at rectifying their mistakes. More...

Reece has a Great Company set up, Me& My Family would highly recommend RNA for a removal. Reece is a friendly honest man & very professional and you can see he takes care and pride in his business. I used RNA for a removal from my 2 bedroom ground floor flat to a second floor 2 bedroom flat. I hired a man and a van. John the Driver/removal man was friendly, took care in everything he done, made sure he was always protecting items. It was hard work up 62 steps and 4 turns on a stair case believe me! But everything was done in a great time, no walls scuffed atall, no breakages, hard worker and all in all a great service. I was quoted a good price, and that price was for however long the job took. And RNA stuck to their word. If you use this company you will not be disappointed, Pop down to RNA and meet Reece and you will get the gut feeling that you've made the right choice after 2 minutes of speaking to him. Lovely man. The guys did good job in terms of moving our stuff but as Reece mentioned he didnt bring any protective covers to cover our floors 1 they damaged the wall sides2 they broke our tvWe moved to scotland from england and we trusted Reece and his staff will do good job but all there work comes to vain when we receive our stuffs damaged. To top our huge relocation cost we had to spend on getting a new tv and after 15 days they are still not responding nor have they provided us with receipt.
