What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety; one day you can be coaching a young entrepreneur in their start-up the next you could be working with a Board on their strategic plans or advising on a complex HR case. In addition, there's the range of people you get to work with on a range of issues and challenges, knowing that your support, advice and input can make a real difference to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in HR and Learning and Development in national organisations at all levels, from frontline specialist to Director, I wanted a new challenge. This came when I got the chance to both complete a PostGrad Diploma whilst also working with a newly formed group of executive and business coaches. I've built the business up from there.

Having worked for over 30 years, across multiple sectors gained working with people in roles ranging from frontline staff to senior executives, there's very little I haven't experienced when it comes to people management, employment and employee development and engagement. I ensure every client benefits from this experience and expertise on each assignment.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The majority of our work over the past 18 months has been remote. Where work has been on client's site, then all their Covid protocols are adhered to and lateral flow tests are taken before and after each visit.
Coaching
One-to-One executive and business coaching delivered either face to face or remotely via Zoom or MS Teams.
Most coaching assignments involve 3 to 6 sessions every 2-4 weeks and focus on work and career based challenges and opportunities.
HR Services
Support and assistance on a wide range of people management issues including:

Services include the design and delivery of bespoke learning and development as well as expert advice on policy and policy deployment.
Workplace Mediation
An expert external dispute resolution service based upon the ACAS/CIPD mediation model.
Each mediation sits outside the organisation's formal grievance and disciplinary processes, but can relate to it e.g. mediation can be used as a 'last chance to prevent something becoming formal' or it may occur after a grievance or disciplinary case has been completed and people still have to work together.
Mediations consist of an initial one-to-one meeting with each person before a joint meeting to negotiate an effective resolution.
