With Offices in London, we can ensure that our Engineers will make regular visits to monitor safety on site and we will liaise with local authorities and other consultants for technical queries. We offer project management and monitoring services for the clients that require a headache free process in dealing with planners, various consultants, value engineering and the construction process.

We will develop a structural design calculation package in addition to technical drawings and specifications ready to be submitted to building control for approval and details will be drafted to help the construction works. Our deliverables will comprise a set of general arrangement and detail drawings together with a set of structural design calculations. These will be suitable for your submission to the Local Authority for their review under Part A (Structure) of the Building Regulations and the contractor's construction purposes. When work is completed to our satisfaction a Completion Certificate is issued within 5 working days. A completion certificate is a valuable document which will help when it comes time to sell the property in the future.
