What inspired you to start your own business?
My name is Noalala, I am an Registered nurse by background working at NHS specialising in a wide variety of specialities such as complex care needs, patients experiencing brain injury, stroke, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, motor neurone disease, air management needs, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, physical disabilities, genetic conditions, developmental delays and learning disabilities.
After few years of working in the hospital, I wanted new challenges and started exploring for new opportunities. I worked in elderly wards and learned more about how referrals into the community care and care plan were completed. This made me realise that there are shortages of care providers that leads to delays in discharges and people acquiring Hospital illness. This inspired me to start my own care company to offer my skills, services to enable elderly patients to be cared for from their home environment and gain their independence.
