It was an absolute pleasure to have the wonderfully talented Reverie Music play at our brand launch last night, honestly couldn't ask for a better performer. People in work are still talking about it today, it's something we've never had before and (judging from the manager's eagerness to get her details from me), I think that we'd definitely love to have Grace play for other functions for us. The music was stunning, there was some classic interpretations of pop music that all staff loved, there were modern classics and Grace offered a wide range of genres that fully encompasses the extent of her talent. If there were specific requests, I wouldn't even slightly doubt her commitment and ability to learn any new songs that we needed. From start to finish, she was professional, accommodating and it completely tied our whole night together. She was perfectly suited to the Grand Central Hotel Observatory where we had our function and she elevated the class significantly. Grace worked with me from early planning stages to make sure that all the music was suited to the event, she was clear in her communication and very willing to work with me every step of the way. I found her a dream to work with, when you're working on an event and have so much planning to do, it's amazing how much difference having a competent musician know exactly what they're doing and what to ask. What do you love most about your job?
The ability to make a career out of my love of music, and the opportunities to work with other musicians and make beautiful music.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was unhappy in the 9-5 grind of my previous job and realised I wasn't utilising a skill in a totally different area that could allow me to be my own boss and spend my days doing work I loved.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a hard working and focused musician, I will go the extra mile to ensure your experience of working with me is simple, enjoyable and stress free. Most importantly I have a real love for music which I believe makes the difference when hiring a musician or any entertainer for that matter. I work hard but love what I do!
Equally importantly, I have achieved a high level of skill at the piano after many years of playing and performing, gaining an ALCM diploma from the London College of Music at age 19 and continuing to perform publicly in the years since then.
Weddings
I provide solo piano music for weddings, and also work as an accompanist. If you love piano music, or have already chosen a singer or other instrumentalist for your wedding, I provide years of experience of public performance and working with musicians.
Corporate Events
Having relaxing piano music in the background of your corporate event can really add to the atmosphere! I will work with you to choose music which suits the type of event you're hosting - whether that be modern pop music, old classics, or classical music for a more sophisticated feel. You can have as much control over the music choice as you wish - give me a set list, or simply provide an idea of genres, and I'll do the rest while working throughout your event to relax and entertain your guests.
Recording
I offer my services as a pianist for those requiring piano music for their recording projects. Whether that be singer/songwriters recording an album or event performers such as singers or other instrumentalists recording a repertoire and in need of accompaniment. I will work hard to ensure all pieces are up to scratch and keep the recording process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Event and Exam Accompaniment
I have worked extensively with a range of performers as an accompanist, from soloists to full choirs. Many musicians need accompanists for events of all types, and also importantly for music examinations. I will work with you to learn the required pieces thoroughly and efficiently and can provide a steady, mature and stress-free experience.
