As much as it is a cliché, no two days are ever the same in HR!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ehsan is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) who has spent many years working in HR and people-centred roles in both small businesses and big, multi-national organisations.
Reshape HR (formerly HR with EA) was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic by Ehsan in order to provide assistance and guidance at a time where this was most needed.
Our decisions are informed by our expertise. We put the needs of your business first and ensure a seamless transition in order to make your business more efficient and productive.
