What do you love most about your job?
I love helping businesses communicate with clarity with their customers about their services or goods. Clarity and empathy are key to establishing long-lasting relationships with their customers and growing the appeal of their brand or product.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a great deal of experience in communication having worked as a journalist for 14 years.
Being concise and using words that resonate with a particular audience is a skill that takes a long time to acquire and I wanted to offer this service to small and medium businesses that don't have a in-house communication lead or needed extra help with their communication.

I am professional, warm and straight-talking. I am a very good listener as well.
