After a promising start and lots of promises at that, I now regret ever getting in touch with this company.
Incompetent initial ideas employee who got all I requested wrong and hadn’t listened to me.
Then restarted the process only to have more delays, more mistakes in design, unrealistic quote that went sky high, botched planning submissions and ended in total disappointment! All of this has left me stressed, out of pocket and without using them for the build.

We were extremely pleased with the job that Asif and the RR team did with our bathroom and neighbouring bedroom, which addressed issues we had spent several stressful years dealing with (following a thoroughly miserable time with a botched Wickes bathroom installation). While the project took a bit longer and cost a bit more than we expected, in the end it was worthwhile for the peace of mind of knowing the job was being done thoroughly, carefully and professionally. If we'd used the RR team when our bathroom was initially installed we would have saved ourselves a lot of money (and stress) in the long run. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again. Asif and Nick have been wonderful helping us in the early stages of our renovation. They take care to explain everything clearly and always keep in contact to ensure we are happy with the process. We've just completed the C&F stage where they take us through a rough guide of what our project will look like. Even though it is a very preliminary stage, I still found it quite detailed and helpful in understanding what is to come in the next stages. From the outset of the project and throughout, a totally friendly and professional service. Was impressed with the clear explanation of the plan of the project stages. Consultations were detailed, knowledgeable and informative. During the planning stage appointments were arranged promptly and conveniently which I very much appreciated. The supporting literature and IT portal to allow me to track the project were excellent. I could review any plans and documents related to the project with ease at any time. Very happy with every step of our bathroom refurb, from initial contact - to design - to installation.
Asif and his team were all helpful, knowledgable and very pleasant to deal with, giving us great advice and making much better use of our bathroom space then we ever would have done!
Attention to detail was also impeccable and Asif made sure that all loose ends / snags were picked up and finished on time.

Having already engaged with an architect and submitted our planning application we contacted Asit Hameed at RR to find out their innovative process could help.
He explained the five stages and we committed to Stage 1 which provided a detailed Budget Estimate of the whole project.
Throughout this initial process, we found Asif to be extremely helpful and the final version of the Concept and Feasibility phase document was well presented and very informative - Keith
