This place is amazing!! they have so many designs of dresses, a great range of prices, colours and sizes too. The staff are the loveliest people and are so helpful, listening to your ideas and wants and finding you your dream match. I got my bridesmaid dresses in reflections and I can honestly say they were stunning, so different than anything I've ever seen. The variety in sizing, colours, styles i really couldn't recommend you anymore. I could not be happier with my experience at Reflections today and Patricia was absolutely wonderful! She just seemed to know exactly what I wanted and would suit me- I was literally spoiled for choice! She was so lovely and patient and made it such an amazing experience. Today I chose my dress! I took my bridesmaids and mum with me and Jenna couldn't have been more attentive to us all. She picked lots of different styles within my price range and some styles that I hadn't seen before. She made me feel like a princess, her detail to attention, honesty and patience went a long way. No one really tells you how stressful picking a dress really is, but she made it perfect. After trying about 4 or 5 dresses I found the one and she was even able to even find the perfect accessories to match a veil and headpiece. I can not recommend Reflection Bridal Studios enough. Visited this store yesterday with my daughter, mum and my daughters bridesmaid to be. This was my daughters first time looking at wedding dresses so she wasn’t quite sure wot she wanted. We found the assistant quite arrogant and snooty! She mentioned on a couple of occasions how she’d “been doing this for 20 something years”. Although she let my daughter try on different styles, it felt like it was against the assistants better judgement, like she knew best. When we asked for a price on a particular dress we were told to look it up on their website!!! My daughter was only meant to be looking for ideas on dresses but low and behold on our next appointment at another bridal shop where the assistant was much more bubbly and helpful, she found and purchased her dream dress.
