I joined RMF to lose fat/weight (and fix a running injury!)... 4.5 years later I'm still at RMF, but the weight loss is just an added bonus.

Reece's approach is a holistic one. The mental and other aspects of fitness I was not expecting to improve on or learn about is what sets him and RMF apart. There are so many factors that contribute to one's health, and Reece covers them all. Gut microbiome, your mindset, sleep, diet and nutrition, lifestyle, mobility, heart rate variability and so on.

It's a lot, and not something you can do without a coach as educated and open minded as Reece.

RMF also understand life has it's ups and downs and weight loss needs to be sustainable with that. The continuous encouragement and passion (and humour!) of all the family at RMF whilst considering the whole picture has truly helped me on my journey.

You know something works when other people see the change in you. I look better, I feel better, I know more, but importantly I am continuously growing, challenging myself, and enjoying the process - something I'm very grateful for, especially over recent months with the pandemic.

I have lived my life putting off actually addressing my health, well being and body. Lockdown only made all this worse and I decided I HAD to make a change.

The best decision I made was getting in touch with Reece and asking for help.
Immediately it was clear Reece takes each clients' journey very personally, taking the time to understand my bodies needs/wants and put me on a personal program to achieve my goals.

Reece is incredibly knowledgeable on the subject of nutrition and this really helped to design a food diet and training program that would work for me.
No matter what the question Reece was always there to answer and guide me.

My Health is better, my mind is happy and my body is at my target weight.
My life has changed and so has my mindset towards my body and the food I eat.

I actually cant thank Reece enough for everything he has done for me and I look forward to continuing this journey with him.

Reece is a very knowledgeable, talented and passionate trainer who is fully committed to his clients and his mission. In fact, he is much more than a personal trainer. He takes a fully holistic approach, going over and beyond to try and understand any lifestyle, nutritional or biological blockers to achieving not just weight loss but a healthier life in general. He is very human, personable and genuinely cares for his clients, educating them as well as pushing them to reach their goals in a tailored manner. It is about sustainable change rather than quick fixes. For me, personally, he has introduced me to health, diet, sleep, biology and lifestyle changes which have been life changing. Reece is a real find and stands out amongst his peers. I don’t think of him as a trainer so much as a personal coach who gets to the bottom of each issue, unpicks and then addresses them so that I have emerged totally transformed. And I don’t just mean physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
I went to Reece with a pretty closed mind about the benefits of training and a big dose of trepidation but I knew I needed to do something. A middle aged, tired, borderline obese man stuck after years of bad habits.
His deep knowledge of gut health and restorative theory sits at the root of this transformation.
His focus on sleep, strength, longevity, commitment and wellbeing in the broadest sense has meant I am now in the best shape of my life. Younger even! Can I Say that? I certainly look it and feel it.
My stats are unusual, seriously achieving three times more than my original goal. Who knew?!
Many of my friends have now joined RMF and are transforming their lives too as a result. We all have different goals and Reece’s skill and individual commitment is helping each of us achieve goals we thought we’d left behind us long ago.
