What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that every day is different day however equally rewarding. It is my passion to be able to help people and businesses, share my expertise and guide them through the various paths that HR can sometimes have by pointing them in the right direction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the corporate industry for over 20 years, I longed to be my own boss and have a better work/life balance, hence why I decided to set up the consultancy. This decision has opened up so many different avenues within different business industries and company sizes, from sole traders, SME and large businesses, which previously I wouldn't have been exposed to.
