I would highly recommend training at this school. We are taught many practical self defence technics and also some aspects of meditation which is very rare to find in a wing Chun class. The training programme is designed to teach students on how to maintain relaxation at all times, which is not only effective for self defence, but also can be applied to combat the stresses of everyday living More...
