My son and I joined RAW almost 1 year ago to give TKD a go and we are both completely hooked. The Westfield centre is excellent with extremely professional instructors who are so friendly and encouraging they make training a real pleasure. The team spirit is second to none with kids and adults, novice and experienced all supporting and motivating each other.

Our boys joined another club before we knew about Raw after a short time we thought that they where not getting enough tuition in Taekwondo but getting taught that you should be buying sweets in the middle of a class. when we found out about Roberts class we thought we would get the boys to give it a go. They went from strength to strength resulting in both becoming black belts with great backup from all the instructors. After more than 4 years away from TKD I wanted to go back. I narrowed it down to a couple of clubs to choose from and decided to try RAW. So glad I did. Very welcoming club with very friendly people. Raw has a well kitted out training hall which results in a great combination of circuit training, as well as the martial art side of it. There are mixed classes, kids classes and adult classes, so something for everyone. Great guidance from the instructors who also keep everyone highly motivated. Taekwondo was not for us (my son and I) we decided to take up the Olympic sport and martial art of Judo as we both felt this would be a better form of self-defence.
