What makes a great website?
A great website, is individual to each client. They come to us with a vision and it is our task to achieve this. That being said, we have to ensure that the site is fit for purpose and performs well, requiring compromise, sometimes! In our view a great website looks best on a mobile phone as that is where most of your customers will be accessing it from.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
To gauge what a client wants from a project we would ask them to give examples of sites the really like and that they dislike and the reasons behind this. We make sure we understand their budget and any timescale requirements. We make sure we are all clear what is included and what is not included. We make sure the client has a domain name or help them find the best name available for them.
What do you love most about your job?
Achieving what the client desired, presenting their site to them and seeing that smile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt there was a gap in the market for Web development on a personal level, we bring the personal touch.
Why should our clients choose you?
We, as a company, love to succeed and success is shown in happy clients.
We are targeting small to medium sized companies and feel that a lot of other companies spend all their time on their larger clients and don't see our target companies as their core business. This won't be a problem when working with us as we know how important each client is to us.
