I’ve had various treatments/massages with Becky since she first started Rainbow Therapies. I have had many massages in other places too (e. g. on spa breaks etc). Becky is the most in tune and empathic therapist and I’m always so comfortable with her during treatments and so relaxed and floaty afterwards. Had a lovely Aromatouch back massage with Becky, at Illumin8te. It was very soothing, 8 essential oils were used in layers. I really enjoyed it. I have been coming here for reiki and crystal healing for years , I won’t go anywhere else now: I get to choose crystals before the treatment and I also get an angel card reading; this is all just a lovely extra to my treatments. Becky is so intuitive and can tell what ails me without me even telling her. An absolutely amazing healer and makes me feel totally at ease. The rainbow room is a lovely relaxing space to be, twinkling lights and candles and pretty things. I’ve recently been having massages too, Becky always makes me feel comfortable and the massages are awesome for my sore back, she is fully communicative as to what kind of treatment I would like and the amount of pressure needed etc. A beautiful experience every time. Short version: AVOID at all costs, very dangerous & and unprofessional practice Arrived early, but plenty of good parking so waited for a bit before heading in. Into the hallway, a little chilly on a cold winter's day. Easily found the room but no sign of anyone around. Almost 10 mins past the appointment time got a call saying running late. The room was freezing, only a small heater that hadn't been on all day. The questionnaire then onto the table. Massage was ok despite the cold until the high-pressure elbows came in. She crossed my spine with her elbows causing severe pain. This is a highly dangerous practice and could cause some serious permanent damage. To top all this off I made this review some weeks ago and it was contested and while I provided proof of my appointment to Yell they still removed it, take all that for what you will. I go for regular massages and was just trying some of the other providers in the area, I will needless to say not be returning to this one.
