Steve was incredibly efficient, quick and helpful, and the price was extremely reasonable. When I saw a couple more bugs after the initial visit, he even offered to come back again free of charge!

What do you love most about your job?
As a profession i find pest control a very interesting job, doing this for 21 years has taught me that your always learning new things as everyday is different and every job is a challenge, I also love to deal with the general public, and hope I can help to solve their pest control issues.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this company rainbow pest control london to help serve the people of London! I'm also a pest control officer to everyone including the LGBTQ+ community.... this helps with putting my customers at ease as i am very friendly and accepting of everyone.

unfortunately this profession cannot be done remotely, i can give advice over the telephone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a face mask throughout the treatment visit and wear gloves also sanitise hands regularly
bed bugs
chemical spray plus returning after 4 weeks to spray for free if you still have bed bugs
mice
will locate access points and if required can proof any small holes for free as i include this in the price, i do 3 visits for mice every 2 weeks
squirrels
unfortunatley i cannot off this service as it requires trapping on a daily basis by law
Rats
will trap or poison rats and block access holes and access points if required for a small extra fee.
