If your looking for an affordable hotel then this definitely ticks all the boxes. Clean room, varied menu and friendly accommodating staff. Nothing too much trouble. We ordered our food and drinks in the bar but nothing was too much trouble to eat in the restaurant when the food was ready. Hot and cold varied breakfast and smooth check out. Hotel is lovely, came away with national holiday evening meal and breakfast included , not many dishes on menu to pic from for evening meal but food was lovely. I have been staying at this hotel every week for nearly 3yrs,wow how time flies, and in that time I have found the staff and facilities,great, it is a lovely friendly hotel,and in a great location for the nec,Birmingham airport,and coventry centre,and the motorway networks,,, the rooms can vary,nd trust me ive stayed in many of them, from huge to quite small,but all of a comfortable standard,no hot water issues either,as ive found with similar hotels. . I stayed here as part of a large group for a gala dinner and AGM .
The staff were all really pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.
The food at dinner was really good considering it was such a large group and breakfast was of a high standard.
All in all a very good hotel and excellent value and I would stay again.

We have just got back from a girls weekend away with National Holidays and stayed here over night, the hotel was lovely, the room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. The evening meal was nice, lovely homemade cottage pie and the breakfast was great too, full english with plenty to choose from. Went on National bus for weekend away stratford and Burton on water for £69
wasnt expecting the Ritze .
Meals included )Menue not as good as full paying guest but could have chosen off main menue and payed extra if required
But cant complain .
Staff helpful
Rooms good ,a bath in this time round
No little extras bubble bath ,or biscuits
It was National after all

Friendly reception on arrival (Sadie) who promptly checked our group in.
Room was clean and tidy, perhaps a little musty which I put down the previous guests however this was gone after letting some fresh air in through the windows.
On return from the rugby we had a quick drink in the bar and were provided with a local pizza delivery number by the again friendly bar keep before retiring to bed which was comfortable.
Didn't have breakfast but it looked good.
Our room was £85 for a tripple and £65 feet R the double, room only which was good value and competitively priced.
Would have no problem recommending it to others.

I have stayed here last night on a national holidays booking the hotel was lovely staff was very helpful the rooms was very warm maybe to warm and not easy to adjust the heating to right temp the food was ok I did not like that we was told when to eat instead if times between when u could eat and that the room was not big enough to fit many people in and unable to sit together we had a table made up for us so where lucky to sit together.
