Jason of Pro-Dry was always professional and a very good responsive communicator. The Pro-Drive brief was to identify and repair the causes and repair of penetrating damp and poor ventilation in a two bedroomed tenanted flat in Cardiff to a standard which was acceptable to the local government Health and Safety Officer. The job was started and completed within the Pro-Dry's planned timescale and to a finished quality which met the approval of the tenant, landlord and local government. Jason came to sort out damp that was being caused by condensation in our home, he fitted a ventilation system and treated the mould and added mould proof paint. Jason was extremely lovely and polite throughout the whole process and explained everything to us. A few months on now and we have no mould or condensation we couldn’t be happier with the work carried out and will definitely be using pro-dry in the future. I had gotten involved in a big scale back to brick refurbishment, which needed damp proofing and re-plastering almost the whole house, which was a bit daunting at first. Fortunately for me I came across an ad for Pro-Dry and met Jason and his team. They were honest, kept me informed the whole way, responded within the hour to me when I would text a question, were good value and did a fantastic job. I own with my business partner a block of flats around the swansea area.
We contacted Pro-Dry Preservation to assist us with reoccurring mould issues throughout the whole block.
Jason who surveyed the property's for us came out and provided a Free Survey and report to tackle the issues found. This also included fitting vents as we had no proper ventilation.
Really happy with the speed and outcome of the works provided.
We are now in a position to re decorate before new tenants are housed.

We had work carried out by Pro-Dry Preservation and are so happy with the standard of work and customer service we received throughout our home refurbishment job. We had a new damp proof course installed and all associated works in putting everything back together again. We have been putting our dampness affected walls off for some time and finally decided to get it sorted once and for all. Our friend gave us Jason's number and we contacted him to give us a quote, he did not disappoint from the minute we spoke to receiving the actual quote which only took a few days . Pro-Dry were not the cheapest quote but we were so glad we decided on going with a personal recommendation. From the survey to the works carried really happy with everything.
Nothing was to much trouble especially working on our stone built house and everything was completed on time and within budget.

Me and my partner contacted Pro-Dry to carry out a Damp & Timber survey required by our morgage company.
Jason who carried out the survey was really helpfull(we didn't meet in person) but we received our report 4 days after he carried out the survey.
Very detailed and honest.
We are now considering our options before going ahead with our house purchase.
