Absolutely loved our stay - very central to everything - from the moment we walked in knew we would like it - staff were exceptional, room was fantastic and the food was just unbelievable - breakfast, full English and as much as you like, was cooked to perfection and dinner on first night was exceptional, what with the cost of 2 nights, 2 full English Breakfasts and Dinner 1st night - highly recommendable, would we stay again most definitely and we will be back

I would highly recommend the hotel. All the staff were so helpful (in particular Harry who did a fantastic job of helping us out for the weekend and Danny) The rooms were spacious and lovely, the location was perfect, the bar was great (2 for 1 cocktails at happy hour which was 2-8pm) and the breakfast buffet was awesome too.

Stayed for a (classy) Hen Do. Staff were fantastic. Rooms clean and spacious. 2-4-1 cocktails on Saturday were an added bonus while we were getting ready. Must mention Jayson, what a gent, nothing was too much trouble. Give that man a raise! More...

I spent 2 nights at Princess St Hotel. It is ideally located to explore the city centre, being just off St Peter’s Square. The hotel itself is well maintained and it feels quite personable. I didn’t experience the cafe, bar or restaurant, but I was particularly impressed with the large size of the room and how quiet the room was. The bed itself was very comfortable, I slept very well! Highly recommended, especially if you can find a competitive rate. More...

Had an amazing stay last night. Room was excellent and made better as the housekeeping staff had organised it to be decorated for my hubbys 40th. Beds were so comfy and room and bathroom were spotless. Huge thank you to Marie and Jacklyn who arranged the decorations and towel elephant. We had drinks in the hotel bar before venturing out. Slept so well (night away from our five year old ). Breakfast was gorgeous with lots to pick from. Only complaint is that we were only there for one night. Could easily have done more More...

Staff were very good
Room and facilities were spotless and I mean to an excellent standard
Lost a star for the poor breakfast
Asked for Latte -told not available
Knife for cutting bread at the toaster was useless, very blunt, just not serviceable
Sausages poor quality
Coffee that did get was like warm
Overall the hotel is very good but the breakfast could have been better.

The room was very comfortable but on the ground floor facing a busy road. Noisy. Sadly it was the night of the bombing and I got no sleep because of the police helicopter overhead. But the food from room service and at breakfast was very good. Just a few administrative glitches, but they were soon sorted out. Avoid room 9. More...
