We are a business affiliated with the Kent FA and The FA. We are also Coever coaches as we specialise in ball mastery techniques of ball manipulation. Our Head scout is currently working with a Premier League Club and it's our job to ascertain talent from all age groups, with the opportunities to get these players scouted.

Lovely Rugby club in Stone,Dartford. They have a 3G AstroTurf pitch for matches and a natural grass practice pitch. Club building has a well stocked bar and large halls on both floors for meetings/conferences.Parking is available but limited

What do you love most about your job?
We love to make sure that the players have a great understanding of the game in order for them to learn all aspects of their position in football.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We worked at another business for two years which didn't have the good values that supported players. We are more interested in the player's development as there's a process to follow. Our previous experience was all about a quick-fix solution. With being more experienced than the previous owner of the business it was hard to watch and see parents and players being let down on a regular basis. We decided to start our own business with the experience, knowledge, and reliability that parents and players can rely on.

Our services are only provided in person. This is because we have to demonstrate or explain in person what the player needs for improvement.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As part of the Kent FA-affiliated businesses, we adhere to all the Football Association protocols for Covid-19 and will provide advice to our customers on request.
Plyometrics and Agility Training
We can provide Plyometrics and Agility training, which will enhance player mobility. This will be in order to make players have the fluid movement required in any contact sport.
Football Sprint Training
Sprint Training is required by players to have the correct technique. This involves hand movement and foot movement and the combined technique along with the correct stride. This is ideal for footballers as most of the time on the pitch is spent covering ground at short bursts of pace.
Our Sprint Training is with either a group session or a 121 coaching session.
121 Football Training
This is mainly focussed on the improvements that the player requires. If the player has an appraisal it's much easier to formulate a session plan. If the player does not have one then we will look at the player over a session, to ascertain what level they're at to formulate a plan for improvement.
We would generally provide a 10-Session plan that will involve some regular homework practice, for the player to help aid their improvement.
Small Group Training
The small group Training is either between 3 - 7 players. This will be a ball overload Session or Defending Mastery session
Football Team Training
Two coaches will provide training for the whole team of up to 11 Players. This can be chosen for specific topics. We provide football shape training for different formations for 7 A-Side, 9 A-Side, or 11 A-Side

2. 1-4-3-3 Shape, 1-4-4-2 Shape or 1-3-5-2 Shape.
