Like Jack I used to be a sprinter, but at Wolverhampton and Bilston Club, and a breast stroke swimmer, both to club and county level, but that was many years ago. I have always enjoyed a reasonable level of fitness but after having had both hip joints replaced at a relatively young age I have sought his help. I was using the gym regularly, but not really getting anywhere. He is helping to restore lost mobility in my hips and in a long standing shoulder injury where physiotherapy failed. He has a great understanding of the body and how it works. Despite our thirty five year age gap, we get on very well and I would count him as a friend, I have always found him to be completely approachable, and professional, he always explains the benefits of a particular exercise. Jack has so far worked with me for about 9 months, an arrangement I see continuing for some time yet as he also motivates me. After having my baby I was left with an umbilical hernia. I knew I needed to do something to get strength back in other parts of my body to help myself. Jack takes a real consultative approach and doesn't adopt a 'one size fits all' attitude in his approach to your training. His knowledge is super impressive, not only in relation to the body but nutrition also and as one of his students this gives you the belief that you are actually working towards a goal that is absolutely achievable. We are about to adapt my plan to accommodate a new fitness goal and I have absolute faith that Jack will get me where I need to be. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
To help a client achieve their goal varies greatly upon the client.. And their goal.
In our first session what seems to them as a normal conversation looking at your goals and where you’d like to be, looking at the type of person you are, Then I take them through a workout while analysing their posture, looking for muscle imbalances, hip Misalignment ect.. Then I'd finally produce a nutrition diary for them to fill out during our first week so I can then start to plan their transition to a healthier diet/lifestyle!

The satisfaction of seeing somebody transform week to week, not just in body but in how they hold themselves & how they are a much more confident person
What inspired you to start your own business?
I genuinely just enjoy helping out, this job allows that to no avail

I've been called "Undercover Passionate", so I guess what they're a saying is I will happily take every step I possibly can to help people out with an abundance of knowledge but at the same time I will be "real" with you. I'm not one of those jumpy fitness types I'm just quite down to earth about everything I do and I hope you enjoy my style of training!
