The surveyor came out today to survey the work that needs doing in our kitchen his name was Grant and he was very friendly and thorough explained everything to us when he had completed the plan. He arrived within the time slot I was given and got straight down to it , he said he would email me the plans later today. We were very happy with the visit. More...

Just had our kitchen done, and it's amazing! From start to finish, minor jobs that need to be revisited but would highly recommend. Natalie was our project manager and was so helpful every step of the way, checking in to make sure we were happy, answering any questions we had and constantly keeping us in the loop with site visits and jobs. Just had a new kitchen installed, and due to the age of the property and condition of the existing walls there were a few complications along the way but Natalie the project coordinator was brilliant and reorganise the different and deliveries accordingly to ensure the project remain on track. Highly recommend

New kitchen fitted 2 weeks ago. A few snags along the way such as a fitting or drawer front missing and an issue with plug fitting in the sink but nothing major and certainly nothing that wasn't rectified promptly. All of the sub contractors carrying out the work were really good, explained fully what they were doing and arranged to return if anything needed rectified. Communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. Natalie, project coordinator rang me daily to ensure everything was running smoothly and I was happy with any work being carried out. Very pleased so far with all the work these fellas have been doing for us. Jason Spencer and the team have been responsive, quick to answer questions, and a pleasure to deal with in every respect. The units were delivered today after the old kitchen and tiles were removed and the walls replastered earlier this week. Looking forward to seeing everything being installed next week! More...
