My son did the kids tv presenting course a couple of weeks ago in the half term at Pinewood and absolutely LOVED it! He came away with some great tips and tricks and a much deeper knowledge of how to present to camera, especially when presenting with another person, how close to stand, the timing of when to talk so it flows well etc. Thank you so much!

I attended the 'Become a Children's TV Presenter' workshop with Helen Sheppard. It was brilliant! The attendees and the BAFTA winning course leader all worked to make this a great day. If you are looking for the real deal in TV presenter training, this is it! I took a one day course with Brian and his team at Pinewood studios because I wanted to become a more confidence presenter in my business. Since training with the academy, I have been booked as a speaker for 3 live events, 2 podcasts and 1 radio show. I attended the TV Presenter Taster Day at Pinewood Studios yesterday and there are simply not enough words I can use to recommend this brilliantly, insightful and practical course. I absolutely loved the day with Brian Naylor and I was with a lovely group of people. Brian is a fountain of wisdom and expertise and I learnt so much in this one day course from him. He is also very friendly, humorous, gives brilliant and invaluable feedback and puts everyone at ease. He is indeed a consummate professional and it was an honour to learn from him and be a part of this course! Seriously! As an experienced actor and entertainer, I felt the area I was lacking in, and needed professional advice with, was presenting; and ideas of how to move into TV. I attended the one day course at the Custard Factory in Birmingham today, which was run by Brian Naylor and ably assisted by Gemma. Brian is a very personable man with good humour and obvious experience in the field. My only concern was that the course wasn't at all suited to a couple of the attendees, which made aspects of the day a little disappointing to the more ambitious among us. What do you love most about your job?
Working with a wide variety of people from all walks of life and from all over the world is a real highlight but without doubt the most satisfying part of my work is to see the transformation in the people I work with. Many clients come to me as they feel nervous and awkward in front of a camera or audience or they feel their delivery is flat and uninspiring but when they leave they have a new found confidence and the skills to present and communicate in an effective and engaging way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Presenting for Business (part of TVT Ltd) was started by Brian Naylor, who as a young man lacked confidence and suffered from extreme performance anxiety. Twenty five years later people find that hard to believe as Brian is widely considered as one of the top on-screen presentation skills coaches in the world.
His journey has seen him presenting and appearing on hundreds of Sky channels including the BBC, Sky Sports and ITV. He's also hosted events in front of thousands of people at Wembley Arena, Birmingham NEC and the Manchester Arena, as well as being a regular speaker at seminars and conferences all over the world.
Brian's expertise in on-screen communication is derived not only from his extensive study into Body Language, Micro expressions and the Psychology of persuasion but also his own personal experience in overcoming and indeed mastering a deep routed fear of presenting.
Now based at the world famous Pinewood Studios where he's actively involved in the design and delivery of training programmes that help hundreds of clients in all areas of on-screen presentation skills every year.
Using our ‘Three-Dimensional Communication Skills programme’ individuals gain the confidence and ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, they’ll also discover the techniques needed to adapt these core skills for professional video presentations
