What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If people come to my home for personal coaching I have all necessary safety measures in place. I am fully vaccinated and undertake regular lateral flow tests.
Physio Led Pilates Classes Online
I offer a variety of sessions suited to beginners and more experienced participants. Modifications and Progressions are offered are offered to allow you to work at a level suited to your own body.
We always incorporate the Pilates Fundamentals of breathing, body alignment and core engagement into every movement and learn to move with Precizion and control.
Physio Led Yoga Classes Online
Hatha yoga uses the practice of asanas or poses to rinse out the body and build the physical strength and endurance. You can expect an accomodating practice with the same mindful breath work and modifications will be offered. A focus on body alignment and mindful breathing throughout this practice. Once the physical practice is complete, with mind and body in harmony we will enjoy a few moments of relaxation. Classes suited to beginners and more experienced participants.
