How long have you been in business?
John our Director has over 20 years experience in the building industry. With an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things construction related you’ll be in safe hands when instructing our company. We have great working relationships with architects, structural engineers, interior designers and many other specialists that have been developed over many years of working together.
What guarantee does your work come with?
On extensions our structural defects guarantee is 6 years. We are able to offer insurance backed warranties for new build homes. Using a JCT contract there is a 6 month snagging defect period where 2.5% of the build total is retained until satisfactory completion.
What do you love most about your job?
Taking something drab, tired or dated and creating something exceptional. We firmly believe that investing in your property will have a hugely positive effect on your life. Creating healthy and beautiful places to live is what we’ve been doing for a long time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The building industry has been dogged for many years by aggressive, unprofessional, untrustworthy trades who have often ruined people’s homes and lives.
We believe in honesty, integrity and trust. Creating a great working relationship with you as our client allows us make the building process as smooth and stress free as possible.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have only been carrying out work we we can maintain social distance of 2m +. We haven’t been working in peoples house but focused on our projects where we can stay outside away from our clients. We have mainly been carrying out extensions in the past year.

We have vast experience with many different construction methods. Timber frame and cladding has become a speciality. We also build with sips, bricks, blocks, concrete and modular build methods.
Loft conversions
We have carried out well over 20 loft conversions from a basic velux conversion, to large dormer conversions up to full period mansard roof conversions.
