Daniel did a side return extension for me in April/may 2022. I’d describe Daniel as a solution orientated, highly professional builder with a great work ethic who communicates with his clients in a relaxed, flexible and thoroughly inclusive way.
He was a lot of fun to have around and he genuinely turned the process of draining my life savings into a deeply satisfying process! In my experience, tradesmen can often be quite intimidating to manage but Daniel was a seriously transparent, friendly and straightforward guy who could explain things in layman’s terms to me and manage the process completely centred around my requirements. He was also highly sympathetic of my financial constraints and managed to get the project done well within budget.
I couldn’t have been happier with Daniel’s approach to his business and the quality of work he produced. I’ve dealt with dozens of traidies and my experience with Daniel was hands down the best I’ve worked with. Even now, almost a year after the project, Daniel remains someone who I can call at any time if I need advice on any issues with my property. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Daniel and Martin were absolutely brilliant! Incredibly hard working and professional. They got the work done inside the time frame they suggested and always got us the best price on things.
They were always punctual, respectful and tied up after each days work.
We are so happy with the bathroom results I almost want to post a picture of the before and after shots. He also gave us assurance of aftercare if anything happens in the next year which is a great relief as this is the first work we've ever had done on our property.
We would highly recommend POLS Builders to anyone and will be using them again.

Daniel and Jerry did a great job on our new kitchen and bathroom in addition to painting our walls, ceilings and skirting boards and making our built-in cupboards much better. We are so happy to have our washing machine and dryer stacked in the old separate WC so the dishwasher fits in the kitchen! Daniel really know his stuff. He and Jerry were happy to make our plans a reality using the materials, fixtures and fittings that we picked out. They gave us practical advice and helped us understand the pros and cons of the options when we needed to make decisions. Jerry and Daniel have done a great job for us. A full renovation of a two bed, two bath apartment over three and a half floors. Re-wiring and re- plumbing, new bathrooms and a new fully fitted kitchen and full decoration throughout. Work was carried out to the highest standard and both Jerry and Daniel worked long hours everyday to get the job completed as quickly as possible, and to the highest standard. Daniel did an immaculate job tiling our kitchen and redoing our family bathroom (plumbing, repiping and tiling).
He worked solidly for a week and worked cleanly and efficiently.
He was respectful to our family environment (ie: planned the course of the work around days he knew we would be at home for least disruption)The tiling is absolutely perfect, his attention to detail in difficult tight spots was particularly impressive, altogether a great finish! We also appreciated his knowledge and advice on certain matters (ie: choice of tiles) and where to source our bathroom suite from, where he saved us nearly £400 from our initial search!
He is a lovely guy, really personable and went out of his way to keep good contact and communication throughout the work! would HIGHLY recommend!
