What do you love most about your job?
Job satisfaction is a major part of why we do this job. There is nothing better then seeing a customer smile with amazement, when we completely change the look and feel of their home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have been in the Industry a long time. I have worked with all the main double glazing companies over a 20 year period. I didn't like the way these big companies only care about the money, and not bothered about the quality of finish. I would rather spend an extra day making sure my work is perfect then rushing just to get the job done.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are completely customer orientated. Everything we do is designed to minimise the stress customers feel when ordering double glazing, caused by the bad reputation of these big companies. Being a smaller company means we can not afford for anything to ruin our great reputation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Everyone from sales, survey, to install, will be required to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing where possible.
