Plan Project Management is a multi-disciplinary consultancy. Based in Ealing we deliver residential and commercial property development and construction projects across London and the South.

We offer a full property development service and individual services from architecture, quantity surveying, party walls, planning applications, CDM, and expert witness. Our aim is to provide a personal, effective and professional service that saves you time, and money and makes the most of your investments.

The owner, Phil Hall is a chartered member of RICS, with nearly 30 years experience in the building industry.  He brings together his ability to work with building contractors in residential and commercial sectors, a deep expertise in development projects and a creative approach to problem solving and design.

His experience working in different sectors and across different contexts is extensive, from new-build, compromised sites and conversion work within residential, leisure, hotels and retail.

We offer clients innovative technical solutions from across market sectors and work with proven and emergent building techology for greener and more energy efficient builds.

Having worked on many large scale projects, Phil has an in depth appreciation of how and when different trades and professions need to interact and the required interdependencies for the project to succeed.

Together with Phil's team of professionals, we are able to offer a full range of construction services and disciplines directly to our clients through a single point of contact, passing savings on directly to clients to ensure value to the client.
