Aaron has restored my faith in tradesmen. Apart from having a shiny new bathroom he actually improved the water and plumbing in the whole house. He was tidy, punctual and always kept in touch with what was happening while I was away. Utterly trustworthy. Nothing was any trouble and just a generally lovely lad. Our boiler stopped working just before Christmas. Aaron got in touch less than 10 minutes after I posted the ad on Bark, visited the same day (after hours as he was on another job during the day), diagnosed the problem and recommended three options (high, medium and low cost) for a new boiler. He clearly explained the work required and why some other solutions were not going to be suitable. Once a boiler was selected, the work (taking a full day) was completed on the second day after the visit, to ensure heating was on before Christmas. Aaron and the team were a pleasure to deal with, the work was carried out very professionally and even when we had questions a few days later, they were more than willing to assist.
