Personal Trainers

Three weeks in and beginning to really enjoy my sessions as well as feeling more alert and fitter.. Ebou is the ideal combination for me of challenging and supportive in the work we do.

Ebou was extremely motivational and full of good energy (also very polite and kind)! He was very straight forward, and listened to what me and my partner wanted to gain from our sessions. As well as pushing us to our limits, he was very considerate of any injuries and made sure we were okay at all times. Although me and my partner had a session together, Ebou had brought separate equipment for our individual needs, and kept in mind our different areas of focus. Overall 10/10 experience and we are looking forward to booking our next session, would highly recommend! More...

We brought in Ebou for our Family Martial Arts sessions during he summer. He was fantastic with both the adults and the kids. Ebou is wonderful and very professional. Not only is he highly experienced in Muay Thai and so a technically brilliant trainer, he is a great person who always goes the extra mile with suggestions, diet plans and best of all, he has become a friend of mine.

If you want a PT that really cares how you’re doing, will take time to get to know you and get you in the best shape (whilst having fun) I can’t recommend Ebou enough!

I have trained with physical excellence for the past 18 months. I have used several trainers over the years but tend to get bored after a few months. With Ebou I enjoy the sessions as he is forever changing it up and catering to my needs but also the session is full of good energy and he is fun to train with. I love working out with Physical Excellence. He makes me feel very comfortable from start to finish. I think it’s also good that he provides a variety of training such as learning different types of fighting techniques as well I. e Muay Thai, Boxing and so on. I began my sessions with Ebou following a very serious medical condition and I wanted to rebuild my strength and conditioning.

Ebou is an amazing trainer and every session was challenging and perfectly catered to my individual needs. Ebou provided me with easy to understand and implement health/fitness advice and nutritional information.

About our Personal Training sessions?
All our sessions are mobile, meaning we can come to a place of your choice and at a time of your choosing.
When it comes to equipment we have it all!
from dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, slambags, slam balls, wall balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, parallel bars, pull-up bars, ab roller, mats, endless rope machines, muay thai gear, boxing gear and many more.

How long is the session and how is it structured?
Each of our clients begin with an initial telephone consultation where we can establish your goals and have a better understanding of the client.
We would then schedule a session that lasts for 60 minutes.
It will consist of a 10 minute warmup stretch followed by a 40 minute workout which would be tailored to each individual, finally ending with a 10 minute cool down stretch.

What is Muay Thai?
The ancient martial art of Muay Thai is known for its tremendous power, maximum efficiency, and raw simplicity. Often referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” or “Thai Boxing”, Muay Thai utilizes a beautiful symphony of kicks, punches, knees, and elbows.
Muay Thai is without a doubt one of the best forms of self defence.

About our Muay Thai sessions?
All our Muay Thai sessions are mobile, meaning we can come to a place of your choice and at a time of your choosing.
Not only will we teach you the proper technique to Muay Thai, we also provide all of the gloves and paddings needed for the session, all you need is a towel to wipe off the sweat that you’ll build up during this calorie burning session.

How long is the session and how is it structured?
Each of our clients begin with an initial telephone consultation where we can establish your goals and have a better understanding of the client.
We would then schedule a session that lasts for 60 minutes.
It will consist of a 10 minute warmup stretch followed by 40 minutes of pad work which would be tailored to each individual depending on whether you are at a beginners or a more advanced level, finally we would end with a 10 minute cool down stretch.

About our Boxing sessions?
Boxing is a great form of self defence as well as a serious calorie burner. Not only will our coaches teach you the fundamentals but we listen to your goals and work towards it.
All our boxing sessions are mobile, meaning we can come to a place of your choice and at a time of your choosing
We will teach you the proper technique to Boxing, on top of that we also provide all of the gloves and paddings needed for the session.
