Took my car in this morning needing to replace part of my exhaust but it turned out my car was a LOT more poorly than I thought and needed a new catalic converter as well as a whole new exhaust system. Despite being short staffed today and it being a big job Dominic was my hero and made sure the work I needed done was done. Cannot fault the service I had, I left it there this morning and even with needing to order in the extra parts it was ready by lunchtime! I’m usually quite hesitant to try new garages due to past problems but I will definitely only be bringing my car here from now on. Thank you again lads and enjoy the cakes! More...

As usual an all round fantastic service from the guys at P.E.T.S, I needed to have a cam belt change on my Insignia. Dropped the car off not expecting to see it till the following day. 3 hours later (even though they are always busy) I got a phone call to say it was ready for collection!The price as usual is very competitive as they try to keep costs down (if they can). I would recommend these guys to anyone as in my experience you will not find a greater cost effective professional service in Portsmouth. I visited this place on 13th September on my way back from France where due to hitting a pothole, I destroyed a tyre. I found them on the internet and was influenced by the good reviews. They are accurate. As soon as I explained my predicament and that I had to drive back to Hereford that day, a journey of about 120 miles, the young lad there told me to drive the car in and right away, the put on a new one, balanced it then checked my tracking for me. All through this they were polite and very professional. I may never visit this establishment again but if I needed a new tyre and I was in that area, I would most certainly use them.
