Q&As

Having a goal, and not just pointing and shooting. If you have a goal then all the other decisons about framing, lighting, scene setup, camera settings, how you interact with your subject inform it. In essence the whole scene pulls in the same direction.

You have to first ask them about what they want most from the shoot, and the motivation. It’s by being in their shoes that you can best apply your skills to bring the project to the fruition they want. You also need to ask you client questions to see if there are needs/possibilites they have not considered from the shoot based on your own experience of previous projects.

It allows me to do something I’ve loved since I was a child, photography, whilst at the same time working with new people and situations on a regular basis. It’s fuel for creativity.

I worked for many years in large corporate organisations, and I reached a point in about 2009 where I felt I had to try and make a go of photography, as I’d never forgive myself if I didnt.

I’ll always be creative, easy to work with, with, honest and will go the extra mile to get the reuslts you want and need.

Many services, such as all my editing, restoration and even classes can be provided online!

Social distancing as much as is possible on a shoot, making sure I always wear masks as much as possible, but most of all discussing the shoot in advance with the client in order to best evaluate their own needs.

Services

I work at all levels from birthday parties, right up to concert tours with top level artists. I’m known equally for striking imagery as well as been easy to work with.

I often work through thousands of photos a week for large scale productions and as such can deliver ok jobs small and large.

I video edit for many high level musicians for their music videos as well as numerous corporate event videos.

If you have old damaged photos or slides I can expertly recover your imagery.

I can make high impact vidoes with elevated production quality for small bands. As a sony and Rotolight ambassador I have access to the right equipment to deliver videos that normaly belong innthe realm of established major artists.

I can do a shoot in your home, a local park or in Studio in South West London. I shoot anything from headshots for actors, couples, families, toddlers and even pets!

For over 6 years I've run one on one photography classes in London. These are tailored entirely to the individual and their own goals. These can be a single day, or afternoon or over a longer period, depending on your needs. This is for anyone from total amateur with a basic camera, all the way up to pro. For single, one day only, once off classes, I always encourage people to bring a friend, so they can relax into it more quickly and get the most out of the day.
