I contacted Pete about a rat problem in my garden after personal recommendation from a relative who used him after finding his details on Bark, he came very quickly. Pete checked the garden and also inspected the property to ensure all drains, pipes etc were rat proof and there were no signs that they had managed to enter the roof space. He was honest about what he could do in view of the rural location of the property and because the neighbours kept chickens and there are also several fruit trees in the garden, all likely food sources for rats. After being here over 45 minutes and giving me some good general tips on how to manage the situation he said there was no charge for the visit, even if I decided not to use his services. I did in fact ask Pete to continue and he told me to call him should I see any dead rats in the garden and he would dispose of them. During our consultation he explained everything fully regarding the course of treatment for the Rat and Squirrel problem that we have at a property that is for sale. I found Peter very approachable, knowledgeable and willing to work with me regarding any issues that I had. Pete well and truly has been our savior! He contacted me as soon as I requested help and came over the following morning to help (within less than 12 hours). He was great in helping with my house mice, and was also great at explaining how to deter them. He has put my mind and ease and has been so approachable throughout.
