Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I believe this is a miscommunication about the initial appointment which was discussed and confirmed by your partner when I visited to block the holes the next day. You had no appointment booked for the day as I was meant to be contacted two days prior to when you wanted me to visit. I wanted to visit on the day but couldn’t make it due to other jobs but came the next door to complete the job (block holes and entry points).

Charles was fantastic and did a great job! He was very quick in responding and my bed bug issue was solved with the first visit. I’m really impressed with the quality of service and advice. Definitely recommend! More...

Great, quick and excellent service! The cintact with the company was superb and I got a message in the morning with the estimated time of arrival, appointment was on time. After very 1st visit i could see a big difference ,and get some peace in my mind and good sleep nights, i also noticed dead bugs in some places, very happy that they were all killed ;) the company provides very professional service and I am so greatful for quick response, quick action taken, and good price , much better than from other companies in the area! This company attended on three occasions for a rat that was in my bathroom and kitchen I cannot praise them enough he is excellent at what he does, Technician is cheerful and nothing is too much trouble and is very professional.

Quick response but appointment time was mixed up. Given 10am-1pm slot but technician arrived at 8am.
