Hi Anna , Before booking As you said you tried other companies as well but your rats problem is carry on because you are not letting the technicians to do their work , Your previous company used baits in your garden in bad way which could cause problem to your pets but you putting all blame to our technician and shouting on him and even didn’t pay agreed amount also you agreed over the phone that our technician find your actual problem with cameras. Thanks

We are sub contractor with big companies in uk and have 99.9% results. We did 1st visit and 2nd visit was after 2 weeks but you start keep calling after couple of days. After explaining a lots of time but you was not able to understand, you property is in block of flats and have lots of holes every corner of the flat still we promised you to solve your problem but you didn’t let us do 2nd visit and asking for money and you keep saying that you are student and you have no money to buy food still we refund you some money and you keep doing bad reviews with different names which is illegal.

My grocery shops had rats before , I bought some stuff online and some from stores to get rid of but didn’t work then thanks God I found this company . Treated by Pestandco Ltd and rats gone from my shops and saved my £kkk

Had a mice problem, tried other companies before but didn’t work , mice made holes in the property,
Tried this company and very happy with results ,

so i called them for mice problem, they said £160 for 2 visits and 3rd visit free but i requested the person by name of atisham (sam as he called himself) a pakistani bloke to reduce the price on the phone call prior to the visit, he came with his colleague saeed and placed bait/poison all around the flat and i paid him £130. 2 weeks later i sent him a video and photo of the mice eating the poison but not dying and i told him to give me my money back because his pest treatment clearly did not work, he refused to refund saying the poison they used is bromadiolone and it takes time and that either i complete their treatment or no refund. i then told him that i dont want their service and not to visit my place as i dont trust them.

well on the visit he said the mice will die in a few days after eating the bait. Clearly a scam,

upon insisting and calling him multiple times, out of frustration i told him that if he is not giving me my money back then they can complete their pest treatment and come for the 2nd visit. after that he messaged me saying that he will £30 to which i replied that he cant charge me £100 for 1 visit.

after a few more days of calling him and requesting to atleast refund £50 he agreed to refund it, about 5 days later he refunded just £40.

They scammed me £90 for 1 visit and the poison did not even work I had to order glue traps from pestcontrolsupermarket.com and other poison bait with which i caught 2 mice.

Kindly avoid their service

Also the cherry on the cake is the threat he gave me, he said if i leave a negative review on bark he will report me to the authorities. Well here it is mr. scammer I have all the messages on whatsapp in which he threatened me as evidence and when i sent him his own message in which he accepted to refund £50 he blocked me. More...

So unprofessional!
The problem still persists, and despite contacting the service provider multiple times via phone and written communication, I have received no response. He has been ignoring my calls and letters.

As explained to you many time that you have block of flats with takeaway restaurant on ground floor and your job was close on 2nd visit as no further activity noticed and you was there personally, but we did 3rd visit free of charge as gesture of goodwill, further visits will be chargeable
