We love being able to help people, whether that's helping leaders look after their teams or whether it's looking after individuals by creating meaningful training or employee engagement interventions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are about as passionate as it comes about people! It’s this shared passion that bought together our two co-founders and inspired the creation of PeopleUnboxed Ltd, with the sole aim of making a difference to people’s lives.

Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
When it comes to productivity in the workplace, employee engagement tops the list of must-haves. When employees don’t care about their work and don’t feel connected to the company, the entire team is going to suffer. In fact, Harvard Business Review recently referenced employee engagement as: “The holy grail of today’s workplace”. But when it comes to keeping employees happy, managers tend to focus on pay or perks, despite studies showing only 12% of employees leave their jobs because of money. Additionally, companies with highly engaged employees, achieve twice the annual net income compared to companies who are lagging behind...so the question is can you afford not to have an employee engagement strategy?
We provide employee engagement surveys, insights analysis, employee experience and employee wellbeing strategy. Leadership Training

We offer both open access courses and in-house training. With anything from bite-sized three hour sessions, 1-2 days courses, to full comprehensive year long leadership development programmes with mentoring support and regular reviews, critically ensuring the learns are embedded into their day-to-day working lives.
Learning Technology
Learning technology is hot. And for good reason. If done right, it can produce great results by decreasing costs and improving performance. Employees learn consistently, at their own pace, and wherever and whenever they want. Unlike a one time classroom session, the elearning course is available time and time again; each time the course is accessed your return on investment improves. And on top of this you save through decreased travel and reduced materials. If you've always considered learning technology to be expensive and out of reach, think again...
We offer anything from off-the-shelf compliance training, to completely bespoke elearning modules, to Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. We can design and deliver anything to your specification. We also offer Spaced Repetition, which is a really exciting new learning technology that uses the psychology of repetitive learning at spaced intervals to embed learning into the long term memory, meaning your employees retain the information they need to serve your customers! It's especially beneficial in fast paced businesses, where time for training is limited but essential.
