I have been very impressed with the service received from Payal and her husband at their store in Birmingham. I was after a unique bridal lengha in terms of design, quality and colour and they certainly delivered and I have been very happy with my bridal lengha, everyone loved the lengha on how beautiful it was, I think the colour caught on as a few of my close guests wearing the peach/pinky colour the next day, nice to know it inspired them! Thank you again :)

Bought my walima outfit from here. I chose a top and skirt from two different outfits and put them together. I was worried about seeing them both made in the same colour as one outfit but when it arrived I saw that I had nothing to worry about- it was wonderfully matched and looked amazing! AWESOME experience! AWESOME SERVICE! Ordered a Lehnga for my sisters wedding, there was a misunderstanding with the material, Payal went out her way and got me the material I wanted within 5 days from india! Superb Service, I couldn't recommend her enough!!!!! Payal really assured me, got me the outfit I wanted, solved the problem within minutes and really went beyond for me. For me now, my default shop for all clothing items Asian. Since I first started shopping here in 2016, I have learned so much from these 3 people that run this shop. I now know so much more about how these things are made and what you are paying for, I've also now learned how to spot when you're getting ripped out and believe me it happens much more than we think. I feel the difference with this shop is because they have their own manufacturing facility, they can offer you a level of service that is unsurpassed! My sister wanted to order from one of the big designer shops in London. They have outfits there which are over £10k. That shop was not willing to even entertain the idea of changing the embroidery. A swatch was out of the question! In the end, Payal made my sister THE SAME OUTFIT, down to the very smallest detail for a quater of the price.For me, this was the only place that offered the kind of involvement in my bridal outfit that I was hoping for. This was the only way, I felt, that I could be satisfied I would get what I actually wanted. My bridal outfit perfect in every way. The shade of red I wanted, down to the tone of the gold embroidery, everything was perfect! Payal did everything she could to ease my mind. Obviously I was stressing, but not as much as I would have without her! Thank you so much Payal for eveything you did! Payals for me have been amazing, every single time! They always get my order exactly bang on and its always delivered on the date they give. I am now at the stage where I do have a look around at other shops but after looking around I end up buying from Payals! The service is outstanding, every single time! Payal herself is very understanding, totally gets what I want and then delivers it. I should also mention, twice now I have left certain details to Payals discretion and the outfits have come out beautiful! I shopped here with my sister and cousin and our outfits came on time even though we cut it fine. Payal ensured that we not only had peice of mind but our outfits are absolutely stunning I cannot wait to wear mine. Amazing service and very welcoming staff.
