I have health problems which limits the hours I can work, although I do some voluntary work, my main interests are local history, sewing and gardening

I have a 2ii Hons degree in Botany from Swansea University (1978-1981); I currently help out on making a herbarium at the Weald & Downland Museum, Singleton
Proficient in Word and Excel, am able to do Desktop Publisher and Power point
describing artefacts and inputting data to a computer database
I have done some Creative Writing courses in the past, which at the time were helpful. Articles relating to history have been the most productive. I have also had a few poems published locally in 'Chichester Observer'
I have been doing this since 2007 and have learnt a lot, it is also very theraputic. In particular making historic clothing at the Weald & Downland Open Air Museum
I do this for theraputic reasons, inparticular making cards especially at Christmas as it saves me money.
On a craft level I have done tapestry weaving (at Weald & Downland Open Air Museum)
