We appointed PARTY WALL SPECIALISTS as our party wall surveyor and have been very pleased with their service. Surveyor Tim talked us through the process, made things very simple and dream to work with. We had complicated neighbor to deal with but Tim kept things clear, concise, fair, no jargon, responsive and got our party wall award in place swiftly without any hassle. They had fantastic customer service with regular updates to keep us informed. Tim even came out for an additional visit for non party wall related issue to put our neighbor mind at ease with no extra cost to us.
