Yes. Much of our work is carried out remotely to provide our Clients with the best possible value-for-money. We often hold virtual face-to-face meetings with our Clients during each project so that they feel connected and can make adjustments or comments along the way.
We don't shy away from face-to-face meetings however and are more than happy to visit, obviously with typical call-out charges applied.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As with most Businesses, Covid-19 affected the way that we worked. At Parque, rather than seeing this as a problem, we chose to think about ways that we could turn this into an opportunity and we decided that by reducing our in-person site visits we could actually relay those cost savings back to our Clients, all whilst making the entire prices more efficient.
