How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
An architect or surveyor will be able to advise you whether your garage is suitable to convert, particularly the soundness of the walls, roof and foundations.

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
There need to be at least 2.2m between the top of the floor joists and the bottom of the ridge timber. This is so that there is at least 2m of headroom once new floors and beams etc have been fitted. You should also consider the headroom throughout the majority of the room. This is what is deemed a comfortable height.

The roof space is inspected for suitability.
An architect or surveyor will confirm suitability and create plans.(we can help with arhitect)
The loft is cleared and prepped.
Rewiring is assessed.
New floor joists fitted.
Floors are insulated.
Floorboards laid.
Rafters reinforced (or rebilded if aplicable).
Dormers installed (if applicable).
Rooflights installed.
Staircase fitted.
Dormers tiled and vents fitted.
Windows fitted in dormers.
The roof is insulated.
Partition walls builded up.
Wall plates and first fix.
Electrics upgraded.
Walls are plasterboarded and architrave/skirting fitted.

Our busines established in 2017, but our workers has international experience 5 - 20 years in construction and some workers maybe more .
What guarantee does your work come with?
For most works TWO YEARS guaranty , and for some need discus with client, for example if some walls have poor condition and in cracks and client dont want replaster this wall , just making good then we cannot to do warranty on this wall, beacouse wracks will come out in few weeks .

All the time some things new in my life , all the time new people and new challenges , to make somethin better.

I has Desire to be independent and has knowledge in construction (8 years in college and university)
